Football greats Diego Maradona and Pele shared a historic hug as they met in Paris for a promotional event ahead of Euro 2016.
The duo, widely considered as two of the greatest players of all time, hardly see eye to eye but it appears they have put their old feuds behind.
Maradona, 55, wrapped his arms around Pele as they met on stage at the exhibition match staged by competition sponsors Hublot, Mirror reports.

“I want to thank Pele, we know who he is and who he will always be. We need icons like him,” Maradona said to the audience.
Pele, 75, who recently auctioned off memorabilia from his glittering career, later had his arm hoisted into the air by Maradona as the watching crowd cheered.
“The most important is the message of peace,” said Pele.
“Many thanks to my friend Maradona for this opportunity and a big round of applause to the players who have been here today. This is a moment of peace.”
Maradona later entertained the crowd with a 30-minute cameo in the five-a-side football match featuring some of the biggest icons in world football as Pele coached from the sidelines.
